Signs showing all but one lane closed

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3344990.

Two signs are showing all but one lane are closed and they are showing different lanes are open. Also that the speed is 40mph

Updates

  • Gantries and roadside signage are showing contradictory information, requiring traffic to move from rightmost lane to leftmost lane over 800yds (according to roadside signs). After the final roadside sign the next gantry requires traffic to return to the rightmost lane and is actively ticketing those who do not do so in the remaining 200yds.
