Pothole on the Bridge.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3334920.

Stoke Lane bridge 2 foot by 1 foot pothole which is increasing in size daily due to traffic especially buses. The pothole is 3 inches deep. could become structural if not repaired quickly.
