Piece of debris in right lane

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3331198.

There is a piece of debris, possibly a big piece of fabric partially blocking the right hand lane on the northbound stretch on M3 between junctions 11 and 10. This is a hazard as people are swerving to avoid it.

    Our inspector checked the area and was unable to locate anything. We will continue to monitor this and arrange any work if needed.
