We recently bought number 7 and have been trying to find out who is responsible for repairing the fence , the previous owner mentioned that they had reported this and never had any response , they carried out minor repairs themselves , we have a 2 year old granddaughter who visits and play on our drive while I work in the garage, the fence remains unstable , how do we get this seen to?
