Many panels leaning over posts loose in ground.

Thank you for your report concerning broken fencing on the M3.

Our inspector visited the location and agrees that work is needed to ensure the safety of road users.

A repair is planned, and the work should be completed no later than 23 March 2022.

The area behind the broken fence and sound barrier is sadly full of rubbish (mostly plastic bottles). Reported to Rushmoor council but its on ‘Private Ground’ i.e. Highways.
