Litter on network of slip roads

The litter on this road is disgusting, and a safety hazard, as it includes large scale items such as blown tyres, plastic sheeting, car crash detritus and abandoned temporary road signs. National Highways is in breach of its statutory duty to keep its highways clear of litter, pursuant to section 89 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Please assess the site to grade the litter under the Litter Code of Practice, and clear the litter within 28 days.
