Huge deep pothole

There is a massive deep pothole in the left hand lane heading towards the Basingstoke A33 exit. Very dangerous as cars are swerving to avoid causing near misses and accidents.

I have contacted reading council on numerous occasions about the lack of lines on the road and just how dangerous junction 11 of the m4 is. This sounds excessive but I risk my life every time I go on this roundabout due to the poor maintenance. The council have advised that they are ready to go with the contractor but highways England have not given the go ahead for the work to be completed. Please drive this roundabout and honestly tell me it’s not dangerous. It is bad enough that the driving in this country has drastically deteriorated and we now have four lanes on the m4 that no one knows how to drive on but not maintaining the roundabout is inexcusable. Please advise.

Reading M4 junction 11 the whole junction lane lines needs to be repainted as there is no guidelines for traffic causeing traffic to cut one another up and is very dangerous. I travel along this junction everyday and IV seen accidents. A motorcycle was very nearly knocked off when the car veered into their path as people don't know where they are on the road. The lanes need to be much clearer.
