Traffic lights, Amber light not showing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3314801.

The traffic lights seen as you stop at the end of the A308(M) do not show Amber, which means that it moves suddenly from Red to Green and can cause stress to drivers when the people behind them get impatient. Please fix the amber light.
