Lights out under bridge

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3314040.

Approx 75% of the lights are out under the bridge junction 29 MY. I counted at least 12 lights out. Ideally all lights under the bridge to be upgraded to LED.
