Fly tipping/large build up of litter causing a danger to road users.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3310932.

There is a huge build up of litter at the side of the road before the roundabout. I have seen other reports re. the Bredbury Interchange but this side is also bad.

This issue has been present for about 8 months.
