Junction 4 M61 slip roads covered with litter/damaged/old signage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3308604.

Highways officer attended 13/2 job 675 Agreed slip roads needed urgent attendance and would speak to manager and report. Litter, numerous road signs on the floor and old signage, traffic cones strewn on the slips. Reported January and case closed 1/2 by officer. This is becoming a serious problem at this junction.
