Deep pothole, hard to avoid, is going to cause an accident if not fixed soon. It could potentially cause tyre or steering damage, or cause someone to swerve across to another lane whilst trying to avoid it.
If I remember correctly, the pothole is on the main carriageway but close to the exit slip road.
