Traffic Light Sync'ing Issue

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3303318.

The traffic lights allowing traffic to exit Avonmouth way are not working correctly which is causing huge queues back into the site in the evening finishing time. the system is currently allowing 4 cars though regardless of the other traffic though the roundabout system.
