Traffic lights not working correctly, Avonmouth Way to M5 roundabout

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3301067.

Traffic lights are only letting about 3 cars through before going red again. This is causing traffic to build up in the area. I am travelling along Avonmouth Way to the traffic lights, to join M5 motorway. Is happening when I leave at 17:30. Although I noticed the same when I travelled at 12:00 today so appears to be constant.
