Traffic lights only green for four seconds

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3301035.

This traffic light to the roundabaout coming from Avonmouth Way trading estate towards the M5 only lets through about 4 cars at a time and is causing tailbacks to the entrance of Fourth Way and beyond. It's adding 15 minutes to my journey home every day
