M11 junction 7 northbound alongside Church Langley Malkin Drive just south of Water Tower.

Reported via mobile in the Structures (eg bridges, fencing, noise barriers) (NH) category anonymously at 16:18, Sun 6 February 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3293220.

The fencing alongside the motorway on this section of road has numerous fence panels fallen down with gate broken and now open. There are many animals in the woodland who now go through these gaps across the motorway from Deer, Foxes. badgers and Muntjacs. Can this footpath from Harlow Common up to the Water Tower be reviewed and the multiple gaps closed off please to avoid an accident on the motorway.
