Low barrier on top of bridge

Barrier to low. I request it be look at too consider it's height.

Things I want you to consider in my request to have the barrier height increases as a matter of urgency.

Dangerous to horse riders, poor visibility of cars waiting to use bridge., I witnessed a horse rider forced into the barrier by a car ingnoring the signs for single use and the rider nearly fell over the low barrier onto the motorway below. She was only save by her grip of the harness/raines.

Dangerous to tall pedestrians and cyclists in high wings.

An easy target for someone wanting to chuck stuff on to oncoming traffic like as been know to happen as well as a suicide risk.
