Excessive amounts of litter

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3269714.

Very high levels of litter the whole length of the A27 between M23 Junction and the Hollingbury exit. It's so bad that its dangerous because its so distracting when driving. Badly needs clearing.
