Traffic lights not functioning
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3269588.
The junction is being developed and the traffic lights appear to be working in the morning rush hour but not the evening. This is cause the traffic to back up in all directions and not allowing it to flow especially as the lanes around the junction are reduced due to works. Traffic is backing down the A12 and causing long delays. The lights obviously are connected and work as they are operating sometimes and what seems like random times in the day but not in the evening period when they are required (around 17:00-19:00). It would be amazing if these could be turned back on. Thanks in advance.

The lights are definitely functioning at other times, 13:45 on a Sunday in very light traffic for example but not when traffic is heavy?
