Signs left dirty following maintenance

What are signs not cleaned as part of a multi million pound roads maintenance program? A11 thickthorn to wymondham and now working on northbound stretch with closures but signs on southbound stretch are filthy. Clean these please for road safety and it also looks and feels like maintenance is being carried out on all pieces of infrastructure mike sudds 07541868968
