Dangerous Occurence x2

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3262097.

Twice in the past month whilst leaving the A36 north on the slip road I have met cars going down the slip road in the wrong direction - I suggest the signage is unclear on the roundabout and more obvious No Entry signs or Road Markings should be put in place before a serious accident occurs
