Awful resurfacing job

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3258097.

There's two large areas of the shared footpath/cycle track which have been dug up for some works and resurfaced very poorly. Extremely bumpy and not an acceptable quality of work. This has been the case for over two months.
