Sign missing on A120 eastbound on approach to Doghouse Lane junction

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3253228.

Junction on the left ahead warning sign has been struck down and is now on the ground/in the hedgerow. It was on the grass verge on the left, as an advance warning for Doghouse Road however it has been damaged for some time and needs replacing. Can provide images of sign in question if helpful.
