Pot hole on slip road onto the A12

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3250722.

The exit onto the A12 northbound from the crown interchange roundabout (Ardleigh, Colchester) has a pothole on the left hand lane. About a metre from the start of the bridge. Earlier today I drove on the road and hit into it leavening me with a blown tyre. This is of high importance and emergency.
