Large pot hole A5 Hinckley on roundabout at logix park

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

There is a large pothole as you travel from Hinckley towards Burbage on the A5 physically on the roundabout Between the turning for Logix Road and Sketchley Lane. This was reported 4 months ago to Leicestershire county council who have done nothing I believe this is because it’s your responsibility. 1.5ft across and 3 inches deep.

  • The Highways response is wholly inadequate. The pothole is deep and in a bad place. This roundabout was resurfaced within the last 2 years and already deteriorating.

  • This pot hole has grew in size and is now forcing road users to swerve around it or risk damaging their vehicles. This needs fixing ASAP its a busy a road that sees a lot of users including HGV.

  • This pothole as now become very large causing traffic to swerve to miss it. If ever a cyclist hit it there could be serious consequences. It is your responsibility to keep the roads safe.
