Traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3238442.

When you get onto the island from the direction of Atcham, the set of traffic lights on the Emstrey Island are not working. They have been out of action since December. It is a little disconcerting as to whether the traffic travelling from the Bayston Hill area will stop and give way or not.
