Quality of Road Surface repair

The stretch of the A12 between Jct 19 to 18 in particular where the road surface has been replace on the nearside lane during night works over the past 3 to 4 months is now more uneven and bumpy than it was before the works were carried out. In addition it is significantly worse than the areas that have not been replaced. It should not be difficult to lay a readably flat concrete surface these days and I feel that the quality of the work carried out fulls woefully short of that the tax payer should expect.
