Bakers Hill towards long down approx underneath the A30 bridge

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3223173.

Possible drain blocked, free flowing water coming down the hill.

I believe a mains line was fixed a while ago on the other side of the road.

Since early December, wasn’t sure if I was bad weather/run off
