Traffic lights facing wrong way - controlling M5 J27 southbound exit slip

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 21:21, Wed 5 January 2022

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3218952.

M5J27S The traffic light set which is central and ahead to the south bound exit slip (located in centre of roundabout), and controls traffic leaving the M5 south, has twisted 90 degrees and is facing towards A38 east (Waterloo cross) - it’s been like this since we had high winds in storm ?Arwen so I assume it was blown round that way then. Traffic is reliant on the traffic lights sets adjacent to the lanes.
