Heavy lider manhole. In poor condition. Banging 247

Have lider manhole cover needs reinstatement. Not far off falling into manhole. Junction of Mathew close is nearest identifier

Updates

This is still waiting to be fixed almost 4 months after it has been reported. The road has broken away and the manhole cover has dropped a good 3 inches on one side. Apart from the obvious constant banging when vehicles drive over it, this is extremely dangerous and all it takes is for a car or even worse, one of the many HGVs to hit this at a funny angle and veer off into a house.
