Appalling levels of litter

For god's sake clean this road it is an absolute disgrace!!!

    I am appalled that the agencies abdicate their responsibility to clean our highways. This is your job and some highways haven't been cleaned for years. You should be ashamed!!!

  • Nobody wants to take responsibility. Both the Highways England and the local council claim it's nothing to do with them. Spineless
