Bumper road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3198907.

Road surface is in poor state, coming off the M6 at junction 3 towards the A46. The bridge over the m69 sliproad. The surface is very bumpy and dropped is places making it unsafe.
