Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3195322.

Either someone's lost a load on their way to the tip, or a tornados ripped through Portsmouth and it all landed here. Its an embarrassment that one of the entrances to the city should be looking like this. This hasnt happened overnight.
