Incorrect signage on southbound approach to Toyota Island roundabout

Reported via desktop in the Sign issue (NH) category anonymously at 19:09, Fri 17 December 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3186821.

On the southbound slip road off A38 approaching Toyota Island there are two signs warning of a pedestrian crossing upcoming on the left. However these signs are defunct as there is no zebra or parallel crossing present. These signs should be removed to avoid confusion and clutter or upgraded to specific ‘pedestrians crossing’ signs to ensure they are not misleading drivers. This issue is also present on the westbound approach. Many thanks.
