Camera Flashing Inadvertently M6 Southbound After Junction 11A

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3175423.

Gantry marked at 60MPH said to use hard shoulder because of congestion. On entering the hard shoulder the camera flashes twice even though actual speed of vehicle was 56 MPH. Been doing it for several days as its caught my eye when I have been driving North on the M6 and then on Friday 10.12.21 at approx 20:10 it flashed me when going South, all within the speed limit.
