Safety issue - traffic light timings

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3170474.

People are blatantly jumping the red lights at East Midlands gateway in a rush to get out. At least 4/5 cars are going through on red due to the fact the light timings seemed to have changed, and are only remaining on green for seconds. A lot of large freight use these roads, it is going to cause an accident
