Attenuation basins spilling, potential blockage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3169279.
Residents reported issues with basins again 9/12/21, potential blockage between the two basins, northern one only half full while other is overflowing. Please investigate ASAP.

Thank you for contacting Highways England concerning the attenuation basin on the A556. We're investigating this issue and will provide a full response by 22 December

This has NOT been fixed and is now not only destroying crops but in danger of flooding the M56 westbound potentially causing fatal accidents

The attenuation Basin is still full despite having only had circa 20mm of rain within March, this should now be much lower so it provides active attenuation during periods of heavy rainfall
