Large deep pothole by marker 11/15

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3167167.

Previously been filled large deep pothole has reopened just before the bridge by marker 11/15 in land 2 (overtaking lane). People avoiding and swearing into lane 1. Caused a rear spring to break on car due to depth and speed. Requires proper repairs and filling. Thank you.

    Potholes can be hazardous and we have processes in place to ensure they are made safe quickly. We also carry out frequent safety inspections where potholes and other defects are recorded. We then carry out repairs prioritising the most serious.

    I have been in contact with the local route inspector who informs me that an immediate repair was raised and completed with a permanent repair scheduled to be completed within 28 days. This will be weather dependent .
