Pothole in slip road gave my car a flat tire

This Pot hole (crater) has not been repaired even though reported back in December 21. Brand new tyre ruined as punctured the sidewall. This must be repaired urgently as could result in death if a motorcycle were to hit it. Can not been seen in the dark until too late.
