Traffic light timings M5 J19

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 20:09, Mon 6 December 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3163639.

Traffic lights are very short timed, inconsistant with the traffic flows and I also believe they should not be on 24/7. Often there are queues, near misses, close calls of shunts because they change so quickly from one to the other and no doubt pollution is emitted because there is constant stop start from one red light to another that then changes to red just as you get to it. Plus these should be part time and no need to be on at night or weekends when there is far less traffic compared to weekdays.
