Traffic lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3163413.

Lights at top of slip road are dead, right hand side only, left ones still working as normal. M5 J12 exit coming from J11, top of slip road, entrance to roundabout. Have been dead for about a week
