Street lights around the A449-School Lane-Old Stafford Road junction not working.
Reported via desktop in the Street lighting (NH) category anonymously at 15:31, Mon 6 December 2021
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3163055.
Multiple street lights and speed sign illumination lights are not working around the junction of the A449-School Lane-Old Stafford Road. The matter has been reported before (6 months ago) but no action has been taken to correct the issue. In addition to illuminating the roads the lights should also illuminate 4 no. pedestrian crossings and a number of footpath/cycles paths which intersect the roads. The public's safety is being compromised by a failure to repair this fault.

Thank you for your report concerning street lights not working.
We’re aware of the lighting problems at this location. This is because of faulty lanterns. Our contractor is currently looking into the options available to return the lighting to a working order.
Kind regards
