Road surface problem lane 1 at point on map

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3146816.

~1m pothole with road surface falling into on road, then 50m further along another pothole (surface not fully sunken on this one). Quite deep, worried could take a wheel off/ cause crash if not seen in time by drivers.
