The road surface has a defect/dip in it causing heavy shudders in my home

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3139875.

The road has a dip in it on the inside lane. don't know if the road has subsided or there's a drain collapsing but when lorries go over it, it causes mine and my neighbours house to shake. It's steadily getting worse with things vibrating on shelves. I'm at 210 old london road and my neighbour at 212

    Our inspector visited the site and found there to be a pothole which was scheduled to be repaired last night 25 November. Weather permitting, resurfacing works are planned to start in the area 6 December 2021.
