A sign is needed warning drivers of pedestrians crossing the road.
Reported via desktop in the Sign issue (NH) category anonymously at 16:33, Mon 22 November 2021
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3137803.
Footpath W5/5 crosses the A35 just south of the Fire Station. Pedestrians often cross the road direct to the other side. The road here is too narrow for an island, and I assume the traffic light crossing just off the roundabout is too near to warrant another pedestrian crossing here. To warn drivers, at the very least 'Warning - Pedestrians' signs are needed either side of the road.
