Noisy grid

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3135123.

Grid in road (in inside lane direction towards Rochdale) is noisy each time a car drives over it. It is loud enough to wake us in the night, possibly come loose? The road is too busy for me to go and identify the nature of the grid to check I am reporting to the correct place but it is a nuisance.
