Speed camera flash under limit. No variable speed limit displayed on gantry sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3135120.

Hadsec variable speed camera flashed me once when I was traveling at 50 mph in HGV when the speed limit was NSL. No variable speed limit in place on the gantry above. M62 was closed off for roadworks and M6 entry was open. This was Around midnight 19th / 20th November. Very un nerving and distracting. Can you please confirm if this was for testing or there is a camera fault?
