Litter

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3133676.

The grass verges have been cut, exposing masses of litter! Litter that has been shredded by the cutters, and is now all over, and will blow everywhere unless it is collected quickly. This is at the Plympton side of the Deep Lane Junction just before the bridge over the A38 -
