Exit from picnic area joining A386.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3127198.

Beech hedge is obstructing the visibility on the right-hand side of the exit. The A386 is DCC's but the hedge is Highways Englands land & for them to maintain.
