Inadequate explanations re A14 diversion

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3120904.

No information about where eastbound A14 traffic has to go after roadworks cause diversion along A11. Does it go to Thetford and then return to A14 at Bury St. Edmunds?
